This huge pinoak tree was cut down this winter in the front yard.
Now the late afternoon sun pours in through the dining room windows giving us excellent lighting all through the great room.
Also brightens up this normally dark and drab alcove and shows off the paintings that hang there now..
Perhaps it could be a new home to those mixed media creations forming on my brain.....
